Today is the final night of cake class, where I make a cake with a rose spray thingie on it.
Here is my cake I'm going to be decorating, it's triple chocolate. Don't you wish you worked with Brian? He takes these cakes all to work. 
see how smooth the icing is though! I'm pretty proud.
